This person will contribute to the knowledge transfer across the Service Desk and ensuring quick resolution to infrastructure escalations. Is responsible to assist with these services related to physical infrastructure and healthcare technology hardware: Purchasing and Acquisitions, Implementations, Contract Negotiations and Reviews, Maintenance Contracts, Inventory Management, Vendor Service Management, Executive Support, Reporting and KPIs, and Regulatory and Compliance.
