Class A CDL Driver – Dedicated Regional Routes

We are hiring professional Class A CDL Drivers for dedicated freight routes throughout the Southeast (FL, GA, AL, MS, LA). If you are looking for a carrier that offers steady miles, modern equipment you can take home, and a driver-friendly culture, we want to talk to you.

Job Highlights:

• Home Weekly: 34-hour resets (mid-week, not on weekends).
• Equipment: 2022 Freightliner or KW T680 (Automatic).
• No Slip Seating: Drivers can take the truck home.
• Touch Freight: Loading boxes (1–35 lbs) onto conveyors.
• Consistent Work: 1,600 average miles per week with 1–6 stops per day.
• Pet & Rider Policy: Available from day one.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly Pay: $1,600 – $1,800 average gross.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 ($500 after 1st delivery, $500 at 30 days, $1,000 at 60 days).
• Mileage Pay: $0.46 – $0.56 CPM (based on experience).
• Stop Pay: $230 per unloaded trailer (average 3 trailers weekly).
• Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul.
• Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO (starts after 30 days).

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3 months of recent Class A experience (within the last 3 years).
• No failed or refused DOT drug tests (ever).
• No terminations for safety-related reasons from your last job.
• Clean driving record: Max 1 DOT preventable accident (last 3 years); Max 3 total incidents (last 3 years).
• NO SAP DRIVERS.
• Note: Drivers living 50+ miles from the terminal must have secure truck/trailer parking.
