A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- You will operate a variety of machines and production equipment.
- You will monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to support continuous operations.
- You will supply production lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
- You will perform product quality checks to help ensure products meet consumer expectations.
- You will collaborate with multiple departments to support production demands and maintain quality standards.
- You will help maintain a clean work area in compliance with food safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.
- You will support ongoing efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will cross-train on additional equipment and processes as needed.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Willingness to cross-train across multiple production areas.
Physical Requirements
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
