Job DetailsJob Location: CMTB Madill - Madill, OK 73446Position Summary: The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and facilities during non-business hours including evenings, overnights, and weekends. This role involves patrolling the premises, enforcing site policies, and responding to emergencies or incidents as they arise. Key Responsibilities: Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas to detect and prevent signs of intrusion, vandalism, or other suspicious activity. Ensure all gates, doors, and access points are secured during appropriate hours. Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or other incidents. Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily shift logs. Perform vehicle and foot patrols at scheduled intervals. Enforce company policies and site-specific rules to ensure safety and order. Work collaboratively with internal departments and external emergency responders when needed. Schedule: Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 4:00 AM Weekends: All hours as scheduled, including rotating or fixed weekend coverage Note: This position requires availability on holidays as needed. QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong observational and decision-making skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills for report writing and monitoring systems. Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Work Environment: Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions. Exposure to low light or nighttime environments typical for overnight shifts.
