JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for day-to-day distribution operations in the Madison Ga area as well as support for the Northeast Region. Duties include managing line crew personnel as related to overhead and underground distribution construction as well as storm restoration. Other duties include customer interactions, coordination withĀ engineering, scheduling workload, and coordination with external partners.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- HighĀ schoolĀ diplomaĀ or equivalent;Ā Further education and/orĀ training preferred
Ā
JobĀ Experience
- Minimum 7Ā years of distribution constructionĀ and/or distribution relatedĀ experience in a power utility company AND knowledge of the construction, maintenance, and restoration of both overhead and underground systems.
- Knowledge ofĀ andĀ experienceĀ implementingĀ SectionĀ "0", Smith Driving System, NESC, Distribution Bulletins, DOPs, Tagging and Switching Procedures, Distribution Construction Standards, DOT requirements, environmental guidelines, and applicable OSHA regulations.
- Working knowledge of IBEW Local 84 Distribution MOA, Customer ServiceĀ Standards,Ā FranchiseĀ Manual, and applicableĀ employee-related policies and guidelines.
- ProvenĀ supervisorĀ experienceĀ isĀ preferred.
- DemonstratedĀ leadershipĀ inĀ Distribution related field.
- PerformanceĀ management experience and/orĀ insightfulĀ understanding of how to set clear expectations and holding others accountable.
- Preferred experience working within or understanding of matrix organizationsĀ (i.e. Regions, Training, DCC,Ā Distribution Const.,Ā E&C, Maintenance, & MTS, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience or ability to quickly learn applications including butĀ not limitedĀ to: OFS, Oracle,Ā ARMS, ARCOS, CSS,Ā TCMS Web,Ā Dist View, JETS, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Must have at least one year of verifiable driving experience as a licensed driver (Must hold a valid driverās license for the class vehicle to be operated. Driving permits are not typically considered a valid driverās license).Ā
