Guest Services Ambassador

Work Schedule: 
100% FTE, day/evening shift. Monday through Friday 12:30PM – 9:30PM. From 5:00PM – 9:30PM, you will work in the Emergency Department supporting patient and visitor flow. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to:

• Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm.
• Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows.
• Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.

• No minimum education Required

Work Experience

• Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience Preferred
