Position Summary

As a member of our team, you will play an important role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining attractive and fully stocked departments, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping experience for our guests. Successful candidates are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to delivering quality products and outstanding service.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
• Stocking, rotating, and merchandising products.
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Preparing, packaging, and labeling products according to company standards.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assisting customers with product selection and special requests.
• Monitoring product quality and freshness.
• Working collaboratively with team members across departments.
• Supporting department operations to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail, grocery, food service, bakery, deli, café, produce, meat, seafood, or pizza-making experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
