We are currently seeking a Part-Time Night Bar Manager who is high energy, motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable about bar operations.

Bar Manager Qualifications/Skills:
- Accomplished mixologist.
- Excellent multitasking ability.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal relationship skills.

- Customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
- Theft prevention
- Able to maintain restraint in stressful situations.
- Ability to deescalate tense interactions.
- Judgment and creativity.
- Knowledge of basic math and counting
- Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms.
- Enthusiasm and lots of energy.
- Able to Lift 60 - 200 lb.
- Knowledge or willing to learn pool etiquette, Leagues, Tournaments, and Event operations.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active TABC license
- Active Food Manager's Certification
- Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
Bar Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff.
- Direct and manage staff members to meet standards and objectives and when necessary, discipline staff when not followed.
- Ensure staff operates within company policies.
- Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
- Knowledge of TABC Laws, able to teach and enforce the laws.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area.
- Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Oversee accurate cash procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete.
- Ensure adherence to cash management procedures.
- Ensure adherence to stock control procedures.
- Check stock is correctly rotated and stored to reduce wastage.
