Summary of Role:

Oversee wet cleans process, including recipe development and reducing variability.

Essential Responsibilities:

Oversee wet cleans process, including recipe development and reducing variability. Create and document process engineering procedures for tool operation. Start up and qualify new processes and equipment on schedule. Improve tool to tool performance matching. Support CIP programs to enhance process windows, cost, yield, productivity, and line yield. Represent the module in cross-functional teams for yield and issue resolution. Address Material Review Board and 8D findings, troubleshooting with CAS/procedures and collaborating across departments. Work with the team to sustain and improve process performance and SPC while meeting quality, cost, and scrap reduction goals.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education - Three or Four year Bachelor degree in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
  • Experience – 6 years of experience in job offered or any Process Engineering related job titles.

Requires 6 years of experience in:

1) monitoring and analyzing SPC charts, reviewing SPC charts, analyzing split lots, Design of Experiments (DOE) data, ET, and sorting yield

2) performing cross-module internal audits

3) single Wafer Cleans Tool Operation and Process Recipe

4) batch Wafer Cleans Tool Operation and Process Recipe

5) manufacturing experience in 300mm Wafer Fabrication

6) cross-functional collaboration to contribute ideas and to ensure defectivity improvements and process optimizations

7) guiding and training engineers on process know-how and improvements.

Expected Salary Range

Salary range: $134,638 - $176,000
