About the Role:

Jimmy's BBQ in Malvern, PA is looking for a hardworking and passionate team member to join our kitchen crew as a Cook/Dishwasher/Prep! Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook BBQ menu items to order, following established recipes and quality standards
Perform food prep tasks including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout each shift
Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries and inventory rotation
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines
Support kitchen team during high-volume service periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Previous kitchen, food prep, or dishwashing experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team-player attitude
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
