Job Summary and Expectations
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Dish Processor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all dishware, glassware, flatware, and serving pieces are properly washed, sanitized, inspected, and prepared for each event. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality standards to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Wash, sanitize, and dry event dishware, glassware, flatware, and serving equipment using industrial dishwashing and sanitizing equipment.
- Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect items for chips, cracks, residue, or damage; separate and report any unusable or broken items.
- Sorting & Packaging: Sort, count, and pack dishware, glassware, and flatware according to order specifications and rack/crate requirements.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking dish and glassware stock, ensuring proper storage, and notifying management of shortages or breakage.
- Workstation Maintenance: Keep dish pit, drying, and packing areas clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaboration: Work with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and turnaround for upcoming events.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, catering, hospitality, or rental industry is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Payroll Schedule:
- Payroll is processed weekly on Fridays with direct deposit available.
- Full Time Employment, $18 per hour.
