We want the ones who are proud to sign their work. 3 PM – 1 AM, Monday–Thursday. Every weekend is a 3-day weekend. $25+/hr, based on experience. You didn't get into this trade to babysit a machine — you got into it to dial in a setup nobody else can, solve the problem on the fly, and hand over a part that's dead-on spec.
