Join Our Dynamic Team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)!


At CTI, Inc., we are dedicated to excellence. As a CSR, you will be the friendly first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their experience with our transportation services is seamless and exceptional. You provide outstanding service, address inquiries and concerns, and coordinate hotel accommodations for our drivers and traveling staff. You'll interact with a diverse group of external callers and internal contacts at all levels of the organization.


The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, delivering top-notch customer service.


Work schedule: Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm; (unless otherwise specified by the manager)

Pay range: $18.00 per hour DOE


Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service-related experience required
  • Experience in the transportation, logistics, or trucking industry, preferred
  • Data Entry experience
  • Working experience across multiple computer programs and with Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. 
  • Ability to type minimum 40 WPM, preferred
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and efficient
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred

Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Accept customer orders and instructions for loading and delivery of all commodities
  • Coordinate delivery times and schedules with customers and dispatch
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing accurate information about services, schedules, and policies
  • Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, resolving them in a timely manner or escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Work closely with other departments such as dispatch, logistics, and sales to coordinate and ensure the seamless delivery of services
  • Coordinate hotel overnights for drivers and other traveling employees
  • Maintain hotel reservation listing
  • Email customer proof of delivery documents
  • Release empty railcars for terminals
  • Maintain records and files, data entry and forms processing
  • Create and maintain customer accounts
  • Prepare analytical reports and correspondence
