Sales Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong attention to detail, and wants to gain hands-on experience supporting sales operations while developing skills in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

What You'll Do:

• Review customer purchase orders and verify specifications, pricing, and order details before processing.
• Enter and maintain customer orders within the Company's ERP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and order-related questions.
• Prepare customer specification sheets, pricing quotations, sales reports, and other sales documentation.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, customer email campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing inventory.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the Company's CRM system.
• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks while learning the sales process and customer relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning ERP and CRM systems.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
