Position Summary

Qnity is seeking a strategic, commercially focused Segment Marketing Leader – Litho to lead our EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) Photoresist business. This highly visible role owns the global EUV segment P&L and is responsible for defining and executing the long-term growth strategy for one of Qnity's most critical technology platforms.

Working closely with Sales, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams, the Segment Marketing Leader will drive portfolio strategy, market positioning, pricing, business planning, and innovation commercialization efforts that support the continued growth of advanced semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
 

Candidates must be able to travel up to 50% both domestic and internationally to customer sites, semiconductor fabs, and industry conferences.

What You Will Do

  • Own the global EUV Photoresist segment P&L and deliver annual and long-range growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support double-digit business growth.
  • Translate market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights into actionable business plans.
  • Lead annual strategy, execution, and business planning processes for the Lithography business.
  • Drive global positioning and promotion of Qnity's EUV products, technologies, and brands.
  • Partner with technical and commercial teams to define new product requirements and commercialization strategies.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize value creation and profitability.
  • Track competitive activity and recommend strategic actions to increase market share.
  • Manage the EUV innovation portfolio and opportunity pipeline using RWW methodologies.
  • Support Innovation Investor Reviews, Strategy Reviews, and Execution Reviews.
  • Monitor market indicators, fab expansions, technology trends, and customer investment plans to guide business decisions.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor materials, product management, sales, application engineering, technical marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor materials, lithography technologies, and B2B customer dynamics.
  • Experience developing growth strategies, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders globally.
  • Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen with experience building business cases and evaluating investments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced business degree.
  • Experience with photoresists, lithography materials, EUV technologies, or advanced semiconductor processes.
  • Prior product line, segment marketing, or P&L leadership experience.
  • Experience managing innovation portfolios and commercialization pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, or similar business analytics tools.
  • Ability to build credibility with R&D teams, manufacturing organizations, and customer engineers.
