What You’ll Do:
-  Provide customized assisted stretching sessions based on each client’s goals and needsÂ
- Â Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement qualityÂ
- Â Educate clients on the importance of mobility, stretching, and healthy movement habitsÂ
- Â Build strong relationships with members and create an exceptional client experienceÂ
- Â Conduct client assessments and recommend personalized mobility solutionsÂ
- Â Guide clients through membership options and wellness programs that support their goalsÂ
- Â Follow up with clients to help them stay consistent and successful with their mobility journeyÂ
- Â Support studio growth through referrals, community engagement, and a positive member experienceÂ
We are looking for someone who:
- Â Has a background in personal training, fitness, massage therapy, physical therapy assistance, athletic training, yoga, pilates, kinesiology, or movement-based disciplines
- Â Enjoys working one-on-one with clientsÂ
- Â Is passionate about health, wellness, and helping othersÂ
- Â Has strong communication skills and enjoys connecting with peopleÂ
- Â Is comfortable having wellness conversations and recommending services that benefit clientsÂ
- Â Is reliable, professional, and eager to learnÂ
