Maintenance Technician

Quality Tank Solutions is currently seeking a full-time, 1st shift Plant Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility in Marshfield, WI. Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily machines and building maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical components
• Diagnose machinery breakdowns quickly to reduce operational downtime
• Maintain building systems-including HVAC, plumbing and electrical wiring
• Handle minor structural and cosmetic repairs such as drywall, painting, doors & locks
• Coordinate with external licensed contractors for major building overhauls or specialized repairs
•   Maintain accurate logs of completed work orders, inspections, parts and supplies
• Adhere strictly to workplace health & safety rules including OSHA guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in electrical low/high voltage, mechanical, and hydraulics
• The ability to trouble shoot, read blueprints, and keep CNC equipment up and running
• 2 years or more with hands-on experience in industrial or facility maintenance
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require manual dexterity
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or Building Maintenance is a plus but not required.
