As a Community Outreach Liaison, you’ll build and strengthen relationships with professional and community referral sources while developing strategies to grow your assigned territory. Our unique four-cornerstone approach to business development—Territory Management, Industry Knowledge, Internal Collaboration, and Selling Skills—provides the foundation for your success.

Location: Covers Marysville and Columbus regions.
Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Generate referrals and admissions within your assigned territory.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand our customer base.
Identify changing referral patterns and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the medical and community sectors.
Represent Ohio’s Hospice at healthcare functions, educational opportunities, and community events.
Maintain accurate daily activity within the CRM.
Work collaboratively across departments to support exceptional patient care and organizational goals.
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and help support new team members.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business development preferred.
2+ years of healthcare sales/marketing experience preferred, with demonstrated success in direct sales and marketing.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Computer and CRM proficiency.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Ability to travel throughout the territory, including during inclement weather.
Must be able to able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a 10 screen drug panel.
