Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a motivated and dependable Contents Technician to help restore our customers' belongings after fire, water, mold, and other property losses. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, helping people, and working as part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Inventory, pack, move, and transport customer belongings.
- Clean and restore contents affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold damage.
- Document items using photographs and inventory software.
- Label, organize, and track customer belongings throughout the restoration process.
- Load and unload contents safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service while working in customers' homes and businesses.
- Work closely with project managers and restoration team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, or construction is a plus, but not required.
