What You’ll Do
This is a consultative style appointment setting position.Â
- Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
- Handle inbound inquiries
- Ask discovery questions and build rapport
- Educate prospects on our services
- Book same-day or next-day consultations
- Overcome objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain strong show rates
- Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.
What We’re Looking For
- Outbound call center experience preferred
- Comfortable in high-volume dialing
- Strong communication skills
- Persuasive but professional
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Evening (until 9 PM) & weekend availability required
- Bilingual a plus
Compensation
- Hourly baseÂ
- Additional bonus for every consultation that arrives and same-day consultations
- Average earning potential: $40,000 - $65,000 per year
