If you enjoy working with complex loan transactions, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring commercial real estate loans to closing, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in loan administration and real estate lending operations.

What You'll Do

  • Review loan closing instructions, loan approvals, and loan worksheets.
  • Prepare internal loan documents, disclosures, and collateral checklists.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of applications, disclosures, and supporting documentation.
  • Review attorney-prepared closing documents, request and monitor corrections.
  • Confirm insurance coverage meets loan requirements.
  • Obtain and review HMDA, escrow, flood, and appraisal documentation as applicable.
  • Obtain Escrow disclosures as necessary and review accuracy and timing.
  • If in flood zone, obtain Flood Review Sheet and verify approval.
  • Deliver required appraisal notices to customers.
  • Complete final document reviews and identify document exceptions prior to funding.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and loan officers to facilitate loan closings.
  • Assist with loan funding and wire transfer processing.
  • Create, maintain inventory loan files.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.

  • Strong collaboration with loan officers, attorneys, banking centers, and internal departments.

  • Timely completion of all assigned reviews and funding activities.
  • Maintain a strong record of attendance and punctuality.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year of banking or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of real estate loan documentation and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree.
  • Three years of commercial or real estate loan processing experience.
