About the Role

As part of our team, you’ll help deliver a fun, structured, and encouraging environment for youth athletes. Whether coaching, officiating, or supporting game-day operations, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for kids and families.

What You’ll Do

Lead or assist with youth sports programs (soccer, flag football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, etc.)
Teach basic skills while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship
Set up and break down fields and equipment
Communicate with parents and players in a positive, professional manner
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
Support game-day operations, including coaching and officiating

What We’re Looking For

Passion for working with kids and youth sports
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work weekends (primarily Saturdays)
Previous coaching, teaching, or childcare experience is a plus, but not required
