Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Mississippi
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Your Clinical Focus

  • Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Identify key concerns through clinical assessment and ongoing evaluation
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s circumstances and priorities
  • Use appropriate therapeutic methods to address relational and emotional concerns
  • Review outcomes and adjust the course of care when clinically indicated
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical records
  • Follow applicable ethical, confidentiality, licensing, and telehealth requirements
  • Active LMFT license in Mississippi
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Experience in outpatient mental health services
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
  • 2 weeks paid time off
