Products have been developed and tested in accordance with IEEE, ANSI, and NEMA standards for high voltage equipment. They are primarily used by investor-owned and public electric utilities and large industrial operations in substation, distribution, transmission, and generation applications.  All company operations take place in a modern 218,300 sq. ft. multi-site facility situated on 20 acres east of Trafford, PA. The facility houses virtually all resources for product realization, including engineering, supply chain, parts fabrication, electro-mechanical assembly, and testing. Fabrication capabilities include laser and plasma cutting, CNC machining, CNC punching, and automated bending and forming. The company is driven by the caring people that we employ: the heart and soul of the Cleaveland/Price product line.  Your Goal Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized facility by providing strong leadership while also performing routine custodial duties. This role is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, training and guiding custodial staff, and ensuring all tasks are completed to established quality standards. In addition to supervising, the Custodial Supervisor actively participates in cleaning and maintenance tasks to support team effectiveness and uphold a high level of cleanliness throughout the building.  Your Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of the custodial staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality cleaning and facility upkeep. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, removing trash, and maintaining common areas. Train new team members on cleaning procedures, equipment use, safety protocols, and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with organizational requirements. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock. Assist in addressing and resolving custodial issues, maintenance needs, or equipment malfunctions promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and OSHA regulations and promote safe work practices among staff. Communicate effectively with management regarding facility needs, staff performance, and improvement opportunities. Support a positive and collaborative team environment, providing coaching and feedback to custodial staff. Complete other related duties as assigned to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. Qualifications Your Background 5+ years of custodial/janitorial experience required. 2+ years of experience leading teams in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, materials, and safety practices. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to custodial staff. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments. Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Basic computer skills for completing reports, schedules, and inventory tracking. Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.  Physical Requirements Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25lbs. of force frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects that are 10lbs. Traverse the entire production floor.
