Spanning over 5,000 acres and featuring more than 70 distinctive villages along with over 500 acres of open space, our vibrant community offers a welcoming environment for families, retirees, and individuals from all walks of life.      Role Summary The Compliance Inspector conducts property inspections, documents and communication violations, and helps enforce associate guidelines to maintain the appearance, safety, and value of the association and neighborhood   Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections by driving through assigned neighborhoods to identify property code and deed restriction violations Document violations accurately, including detailed notes and photographic evidence as needed Issue notices and reports in accordance with community guidelines and local regulations Follow up on reported violations to ensure timely compliance and resolution Maintain organized records of inspections, violations, and communications for reporting and tracking purposes Disclaimer This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties. Qualifications Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required Ability to utilize technology is mandatory    Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance. Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely. Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks. Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors). Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
