The Senior Treasury Analyst leads the daily management and strategy execution of the company’s billion-dollar portfolio of cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments.  This role combines hands-on Treasury operations with responsibility for liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, investment management, risk mitigation, cash flow modeling, banking relationships and process improvement. The Senior Treasury Analyst delivers data-driven insights and recommendations to treasury leadership. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily liquidity management and cash positioning across a portfolio in cash and equivalents and short-term investments
  • Review and execute fund movements, wire and ACH payments, and investment transactions
  • Oversee the validation of payment instructions, beneficiary details, banking information, approvals and supporting documentation
  • Manage long-term financial models for cash optimization, working capital, and capital structure planning
  • Monitor investment balances, maturities, yields, counterparty exposures, concentration limits, and compliance with the company’s investment policy
  • Evaluate interest rates and market conditions and provide recommendations regarding investment allocation and liquidity strategy
  • Manage commercial banking relationships; bank account structures, service, fees and documentation
  • Lead Treasury Management System (TMS) integrations, process automation, AI enabled initiatives, bank connectivity projects and reporting enhancements
  • Design power BI dashboards, and executive-level presentations that translate complex treasury data into actionable insights
  • Prepare liquidity, investment performance, counterparty exposure, and treasury-risk reporting for senior management audiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Quantitative field (MBA or CTP certification preferred).
  • 4–7 years of progressive corporate treasury experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in liquidity management, cash forecasting, payment execution, investment transactions, and treasury controls
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, deep knowledge of investments, and cash accounts architecture
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI, with demonstrated experience transforming complex financial data into insightful dashboards, executive-level presentations, and actionable recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of investments, cash architecture, banking services, treasury systems and financial risk management
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, high control environment

For this role the base salary range is $45,000 - $140,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
