Your Impact This role is essential to supporting our inventory management, material movement, shipping, receiving, and production support activities. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy. What You'll Do A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all company safety policies and procedures. The ability to accurately receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and stage materials in support of production and shipping operations. Strong attention to detail when verifying product labels, packaging, inventory records, and shipping documentation. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse management systems (WMS). The ability to safely operate or learn to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. A proactive approach to identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, equipment concerns, and quality issues. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. A willingness to work collaboratively with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams to meet operational goals. The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. A dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to supporting continuous improvement initiatives. QualificationsWhat You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment Familiarity with inventory control processes, material handling procedures, and shipping/receiving operations is a plus. Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred. Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material storage requirements. Ability to accurately handle, move, and track inventory while maintaining quality and safety standards. A willingness to learn warehouse processes, equipment operation, and inventory management best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams to meet operational goals. The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available. Schedule Monday – Friday; 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational demands. Flexibility to arrive early or stay late as operational demands require. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, upon successful training and certification. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
