Are you an experienced cook who enjoys working in a team environment and taking pride in preparing quality meals? Covenant Woods is looking for a Cook Supervisor to join our culinary team and help lead daily kitchen operations while providing delicious, high-quality dining to our residents.  Pay: $25-30 hourly based on experience Schedule:  Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun 11:00 a.m. -7:30 p.m. Wednesday and every other weekend off What You'll Do:  Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and quality standards  Provide direction and support to culinary staff during assigned shifts Help coordinate daily kitchen activities and ensure smooth meal service Monitor food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and temperatures Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures Assist with inventory, food preparation, and maintaining an organized kitchen Support a positive and collaborative team environment Provide excellent service to our residents and guests What We're Looking For: Previous cooking experience with 3 years in a commercial, healthcare, senior living, restaurant, or institutional setting preferred Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality required A positive, dependable, and service-oriented attitude required Why Join Covenant Woods?
