Patrick Accounting of Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to join our growing team! We're looking for someone who is extremely personable, detail-oriented, organized, driven, and focused. We make numbers feel less daunting by addressing our clients' unique financial complexitites and solve some of their headaches by providing detailed insight into their financial health so that business owners can make great decisions and run better businesses. It doesn't hurt that we have a darn good time doing it! We're looking for a great communicator and an extremely fast learner.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in a CPA firm is preferred.
- Currently hold, pursuing or a desire to obtain your CPA or EA designation.
- Experience with tax return preparation for all entity types.
- Must be Tech-savvy; Ability to embrace new tech tools and be willing to learn and teach others who to use it! We use a lot of tech tools to help us be as efficient as possible.
- Desire to lead others along their own professional journey.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the clients we serve.
- Strong organizational skills to keep all tasks moving towards completion.
- Passion for small businesses and their success!
- Upbeat, confident, and friendly personality.
- Excellent problem solver; offer ideas, insight and recommendations to help your clients THRIVE.
- Desire to develop your professional skills and seek ways to improve your skill-set
Depending on experience, you will receive an attractive salary of $75,000-$100,000
