Now Hiring: Experienced Bartender
We are looking for skilled, service-oriented Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and dedicated to providing a high-quality experience for every patron.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Bartender, you are responsible for excellent beverage service and supporting overall restaurant operations. Duties include:
- Guest Service: Attending to bar patrons in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner, serving drink orders directly to customers and indirectly to dining room guests via servers.
- Menu Expertise: Learning the full restaurant menu to answer guest questions and confidently offer food and beverage recommendations.
- Operational Support: Assisting with setting up the restaurant for service and completing all assigned side work duties after shifts.
- Leadership (as needed): Opportunity to serve as a Manager on Duty, which involves supervising floor staff, accepting server checkouts, and communicating operational issues to management.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Proficiency with Toast or similar POS system.
- Thorough knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a consistently fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Possession of an ABC permit or the ability to procure one within three days of hire.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
Compensation and Position Details:
- Pay: $7.50 per hour plus tips.
- Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions are available.
