You will play a central role in keeping active job sites organized, moving, and aligned with project requirements while working closely with subcontractors and project stakeholders throughout the build.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities across active federal project sites.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries to keep projects on track.
  • Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with federal project requirements.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and field conditions to resolve construction issues.
  • Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and punch list completion through closeout.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • 3+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or federal construction projects.
  • Experience in MEP construction, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
  • Experience with project scheduling and coordinating effectively with subcontractors, project managers, site safety personnel, and owners' representatives.
  • Ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and exercise sound discretion and judgment regarding matters of significance.
  • Ability to meet federal project site-access and work-authorization requirements, including obtaining and maintaining any required security clearance for assigned project access.
  • Ability to travel as needed and remain on site for multi-week stretches.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Procore and Primavera P6.
