About the Role

Candor Pest Control is a family-owned company looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing team.

As a Pest Management Specialist, you’ll inspect and service residential properties, solve pest issues, and deliver exceptional customer service. No pest control experience is required—we provide industry-leading training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential pest control services
• Inspect properties and identify pest activity
• Educate customers and provide recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records
• Deliver a five-star customer experience at every service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to pass a background check
