We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistants to join our growing marketing and promotions team. You’ll receive hands-on training while representing client brands at live events, retail activations, promotional campaigns, and community events.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client brands at live events and promotional activations
- Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
- Answer questions after receiving paid product and brand training
- Conduct product demonstrations and distribute promotional materials
- Assist with registrations, orders, sign-ups, and customer inquiries
- Track customer feedback and event activity
- Work with event and marketing teams to help deliver successful campaigns

We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
- Enthusiastic about customer service, marketing, and promotions

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Available for occasional evening and weekend events
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, fundraising, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
