This role oversees a high‑performing critical care team dedicated to delivering exceptional, evidence‑based care to complex and high‑acuity patients. The Nurse Manager will drive clinical excellence, support staff development, and foster a collaborative, compassionate environment that prioritizes patient safety and quality outcomes. Position: Nurse Manager - Medical ICU (CICU)
Shift: Days with 24/7 Accountability

Experience: 
1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in critical care nursing.
2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.


Education: 
1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.
2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications: 
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. CCRN certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.
