With our most recent addition to the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, TEAM Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Merrillville, IN would like to add competitive, driven Sales Specialists to grow with us.

Whether you already have automotive experience or come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or commission sales — if you know how to build relationships and hustle, we have an opportunity for you. Automotive experience a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers find the right vehicle at a fast-paced dealership
• Build relationships and create an outstanding buying experience
• Follow up with customers and generate repeat/referral business
• Stay knowledgeable on vehicle features, technology, and financing options

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, clean driving record

- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year sales experience

- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills

- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
