Who are we?
XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment and liquid cooling systems. We deliver innovative, energy-efficient solutions for industries such as hyperscale data centers, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical labs, semiconductor clean rooms, EV battery manufacturers, and life sciences facilities.
As part of our continued expansion in the U.S., XNRGY is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support our Service Operations organization and mission-critical field projects. This position will be based in Mesa, Arizona and may require regular travel to project sites in Texas.
The Opportunity
This role serves as a key bridge between Human Resources, Service Operations, project leadership, and field employees by providing hands-on support while coordinating the day-to-day operational details that help keep project teams prepared, connected, and compliant.
The Field Operations Coordinator will support employees and managers across HR processes, field workforce coordination, onboarding, payroll, travel policy administration, site readiness, compliance, employee engagement, and project communication. This role will help ensure field teams receive timely guidance and operational support while partnering with HR and Operations leadership to monitor needs, resolve issues, and escalate items when appropriate.
As the Service Operations business unit continues to grow through multi-state expansion, this role may also support technician development pathways, learning plans, skills evaluations, and career progression initiatives.
An overview of your responsibilities!
Serve as the day-to-day contact for employees, managers, project leaders, and field technicians, responding to questions and coordinating timely follow-up across phone, chat, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide support for employee relations, performance management, compensation and employee changes, leave requests, offboarding, exit interviews, HRIS transactions, reporting, and related employee support activities.
Coordinate new hire, transfer, and field technician onboarding, including travel scheduling, orientation planning, benefits and HR presentations, site readiness coordination, and alignment with safety leaders on required training and site orientation schedules.
Manage completion, submission, and maintenance of required onboarding, employment, transfer, and project/site documentation in accordance with procedures, company policy, and applicable compliance requirements.
Partner with project management and payroll/HR teams to support time management processes, including review of reported hours, edits, approvals, and escalation of payroll-related issues.
Support field operations coordination by monitoring employee support needs, travel policy compliance, onboarding readiness, project communication gaps, technician deployment support, and site-related issues that require escalation to HR or Operations leadership.
Address employee relations concerns and workplace conflicts in partnership with HR leadership, helping maintain a respectful, compliant, and productive field work environment.
Support technician skills evaluations and training initiatives in partnership with Service Operations and HR leadership.
Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, team building, community involvement, and field morale initiatives in partnership with project leadership.
Support project and employee communications for key programs, including open enrollment, field policy updates, travel updates, and other assigned HR or operations initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional meetings with Service Operations, project leadership, and field stakeholders to ensure alignment on staffing, employee support, compliance, and operational priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline preferred.
5–7 years of progressive experience, preferably supporting a defined client group, region, field workforce, or multi-site operation.
