Honest Plumbing AZ LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Plumbing Sales Tech with Camera Experience to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Perform sewer and drain camera inspections to diagnose plumbing issues accurately
- Present findings to customers and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Drive sales by educating homeowners on plumbing system conditions and service options
- Conduct service calls, troubleshoot plumbing problems, and provide upfront pricing
- Operate and maintain pipeline inspection cameras and related diagnostic equipment
- Build lasting customer relationships through transparent, consultative communication
- Complete accurate service documentation and maintain organized job records
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing service, repair, or drain/sewer work
- Hands-on experience with sewer camera and pipeline inspection equipment
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to present and close service recommendations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Plumbing license or relevant certifications a plus
