Job Summary

JX Advanced Metals USA is looking for dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and support daily manufacturing activities in a safe and efficient manner.

What You'll Do

Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
Maintain production rates while meeting quality and safety standards.
Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet specifications.
Identify and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to keep production running smoothly.
Accurately complete production records and documentation.
Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in training as needed.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Schedule

Full-time position
1st Shift and 2nd Shift opportunities available
Overtime may be required based on production schedules and business needs

Physical Requirements

Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
Regularly use hands and arms to operate equipment and handle materials.
Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, moderate noise levels, and varying temperatures.
