Precision Heli-Support, LLC is looking for a Purchasing Administrator/Tools and Materials Coordinator for our site in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and process Purchase Orders for Work/Repair Order or Shop, ensuring accuracy in terms of product specifications, pricings, and delivery schedules.
- Research potential approved vendors.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules and payment to secure best deal for the company.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Coordinate with vendor when an order is found to have discrepancies i.e. missing, incomplete, wrong deliveries or missing documents.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Assist mechanics and managers in providing pricing and availability of products.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Providing status of orders to respective departments.
- Maintain tools and materials in the tool crib.
