The Quick VersionWe're looking for a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate to join our 1st or 2nd shift team at our Mesa facility. In this hands-on role, you'll prepare and stage materials, operate forklifts and material-handling equipment, and help keep inventory accurate and ready so our production team can start each day fully equipped. Your reliability and attention to detail will help keep our warehouse organized, compliant, and running without disruption.

- Support production readiness by preparing, staging, and restocking materials so the production team can start each shift fully equipped
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently to move raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods throughout the facility
- Execute inventory control processes by accurately receiving, storing, and tracking materials in alignment with GMP and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork to support traceability, compliance, and operational consistency
- Follow established SOPs and checklists to complete required tasks and additional assignments each shift without supervision
- Ensure compliance with food safety, FDA, USDA, and GMP requirements across warehouse activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment through routine cleaning and sanitation practices
- Identify and report safety risks, inventory discrepancies, or quality concerns before they impact production
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to support shifting priorities and production needs
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability by learning processes quickly, reducing repeat questions, and consistently meeting expectations
- At least 1 year of forklift experience and the ability to pass an onsite forklift safety test
- Ability to work your scheduled shift and maintain schedule flexibility during the initial training period
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through, including the ability to complete checklists and required paperwork accurately
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Awareness of safety practices and surroundings when operating equipment or working near others
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
- Experience working as a Warehouse Associate in a food manufacturing or regulated environment (GMP, FDA, USDA)
- Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management software
- Bilingual communication skills (Spanish and/or English)
- Interest in or alignment with real food, wellness, and high-quality nutrition
This role takes place in a manufacturing/warehouse environment and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and airborne particles. Employees must follow all safety guidelines and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
The position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Work may involve operating or working near machinery and other equipment. These physical demands are representative of those necessary to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
