TheHearing Care Providerwill be responsible for hearing evaluationsfor all ages, fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, ourprovider willprovide counsel, guidance and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss.

The followingDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESare central to the role:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations

  • Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education

  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs

  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting

  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information

  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

  • May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events

To ensure success candidates should also possess the followingEXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients

  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology

  • ActiveTX stateDispensing license or eligible for licensure
