Summary:
This position provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. Oversees all physical operations including setup, breakdown, cleaning, AV systems, and building readiness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Set up and reset rooms based on event layouts
- Manage tables, chairs, and storage organization
- Operate basic sound and lighting systems
- Coordinate vendor logistics and event flow
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Coordinate dual-facility scheduling with Pioneer Center to avoid conflicts
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• 2 – 4 years AV systems and technical work
• 2 years of event planning experience
• Must utilize discretion in managing highly confidential or sensitive information
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of management and clients
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with residents, vendors, and leadership
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events, deadlines, and priorities
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work evenings & weekends required
• CPR & First Aid Certified
Minimum Education:
· High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred for full-time roles
Language Skills:
The individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization.
Availability:
Regular business hours, weeknights & weekend (based on events)
Working Environment:
Combination of office and event-based environments, including indoor event spaces, storage areas, and occasional outdoor conditions. Travel will be required from day trips to the occasional overnight trips for events. Transportation will vary.
