About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join a remote mental health care team serving clients throughout Louisiana. This opportunity is a good fit for an LPC who enjoys direct client work, values a structured schedule, and is comfortable providing care through telehealth. You’ll work with clients from different backgrounds and support them as they navigate challenges that affect their emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct scheduled virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
  • Complete intake assessments and review relevant client history
  • Establish treatment goals and develop individualized care plans
  • Support clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions
  • Track client progress and make updates to treatment plans when appropriate
  • Provide crisis support and connect clients with additional resources when needed
  • Teach practical coping strategies and therapeutic skills
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Active LPC license in Louisiana
  • Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
  • 2 weeks PTO
