We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead the daily operations of our 108-unit apartment community in the heart of Metairie — Premises apartments. If you're organized, people-focused, and ready to grow your career with a company that invests in its employees, we'd love to meet you!   What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. Deliver an exceptional resident experience by responding to questions and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. Inspire and work closely with your maintenance and leasing teams to keep the community running smoothly. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Oversee property maintenance, coordinate repairs and capital improvements, and maintain outstanding curb appeal. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards are consistently met. Maintain accurate resident, lease, and financial records. Market available apartment homes and help drive occupancy. Build lasting relationships with residents to increase satisfaction and retention. Prepare reports and monitor community performance metrics. Qualifications Previous experience in property management. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of leasing and apartment operations. Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions. Experience overseeing property maintenance is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AppFolio is highly preferred. Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
