About the Role:

The Take-Away Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional beverage service to customers in a fast-paced accommodation and food service environment. This position focuses on preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for take-away orders, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with all safety and legal regulations. The role requires excellent customer interaction skills to provide a welcoming and efficient service experience, often acting as the face of the establishment for take-away patrons. The Take-Away Bartender must maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage inventory effectively, and collaborate with other team members to meet customer demand. Minimum Qualifications:

• Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States, typically 21 years or older.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Experience specifically with take-away or to-go beverage service.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
