Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor tablet press machines (e.g., rotary tablet press) according to SOPs and batch records
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure tablet quality (weight, hardness, thickness, etc.)Â
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and escalate as neededÂ
- Document production activity, inspections, and deviations accurately
- Adhere to all safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and standard operating procedures
- Support changeovers and assist with cleaning validation and documentationÂ
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues and meet production goalsÂ
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training a plus
- 1+ year experience operating tablet press machinery preferred
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and cleanroom protocols
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skillsÂ
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Preferably State of Florida Pharmacy Technician LicenseÂ
Job Type: Full-time - 100% On SiteÂ
- Shift: Overnight (Monday to Friday)
- Schedule: 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM
Salary: $21-23/hÂ
