How You’ll Make an Impact
Plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting deposit and lending relationships through accurate account maintenance, Treasury Management and digital banking support, wire transfer assistance, proactive client communication, and timely issue resolution. By partnering closely with clients and internal teams, this role helps strengthen customer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the Bank's operational excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management & Client Service: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact, proactively addressing customer needs, ensuring a high level of service, and supporting relationship retention and growth.
- Account Maintenance & Deposit Operations Support: Perform all aspects of account servicing and maintenance, including account opening, account updates, account closures, signer changes, documentation review, callbacks, customer maintenance requests, and wire-related account setup and maintenance while ensuring operational accuracy and timely execution.
- Treasury Management, Wire Transfer & Digital Banking Support: Support Treasury Management products and digital banking services, including online banking enrollment, user administration, access management, customer training, troubleshooting, and ongoing service support. Assist clients with domestic and international wire transfer requests, wire agreement maintenance, callback verification procedures, client inquiries, and coordination with Wire Operations to ensure timely and accurate processing. Ensure adherence to established procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements related to electronic banking and payment services.
- Customer Communications & Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding service requests, account activity, product offerings, documentation requirements, and banking services while supporting customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Issue Resolution & Service Recovery: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service issues, wire transfer inquiries, and operational concerns, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution and a positive client experience.
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Service Coordination: Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Lending, Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, Wire Operations, Compliance, BSA/AML, and other internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service, support customer needs, and strengthen banking relationships.
- Compliance, Risk & Documentation Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies, including BSA/AML, CIP, OFAC, KYC, customer due diligence, wire transfer verification procedures, callbacks, and documentation standards. Maintain accurate customer records and promptly escalate potential compliance concerns.
- Process Improvement & Portfolio Support: Analyze customer interactions, service levels, operational processes, and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Support customer reviews, documentation remediation efforts, reporting requirements, portfolio servicing activities, and departmental initiatives designed to enhance efficiency and the overall client experience.
- Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leaders.
Requirements
Required Education:Â Technical studies
Possible Degrees:Â Business Administration
Other Education:Â Treasury Management products and services training, ACH, Wire Transfer, and electronic payments training, BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP, and KYC compliance training, Online Banking Administration and Digital Banking platform experience, ABA Banking Certification or equivalent banking coursework etc.
Required Years of Experience in Position: 1-2 Years
Languages: English and Spanish (Preferred)
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Account Maintenance & Deposit Operations: Knowledge of account opening, account servicing, customer maintenance requests, documentation requirements, and banking operational procedures.
- Treasury Management & Payment Services: Understanding of Treasury Management products, online banking platforms, ACH, wire transfers, and related customer support processes.
- Banking Regulations & Compliance: Working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP, KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and other applicable banking regulations.
- Banking Systems & Microsoft Office: Proficiency in core banking systems, digital banking platforms, document imaging systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).Â
- Communication & Relationship Building: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear information, managing expectations, resolving issues professionally, and fostering strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
