If insurance payment posting is your strength — and you know Denticon well — this is your lane.

At Guardian Dentistry Partners, we support a network of 200+ thriving dental practices across 15.5 states (shoutout, D.C.!) — and our Revenue Cycle team is growing.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and understands what it takes to keep AR clean. This is not entry-level billing. We need someone who understands the full payment posting process and can work independently while collaborating with a growing, supportive team.

Our culture is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and purpose, and we believe our success comes from the strength of our partnerships and the people behind them. We’re also proud to have been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for the fourth consecutive year, ranking No. 2,915 overall and No. 14 among dental companies nationwide.

If you’re someone who takes pride in getting the details right, knows your way around payment posting, and wants to be part of a fast-growing organization, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Post insurance payments accurately in Denticon
• Manage EFTs, virtual credit cards, and checks
• Address offsets and insurance takebacks
• Clear unapplied balances
• Attach EOBs appropriately
• Perform daily reconciliation
• Keep backlog current
• Identify process improvements for efficiency

If you enjoy balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies, you’ll thrive here.

What Makes This Role Different

• Fully remote workforce model
• Stable, fast-growing organization (Inc. 5000 recognized)
• Structured Revenue Cycle team with clear expectations
• Leadership that values process, accountability, and improvement

What You Bring

• 3+ years of dental revenue cycle or insurance payment posting experience
• Strong Denticon experience preferred (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or OpenDental familiarity considered)
• Solid understanding of EOBs, EFTs, VCCs, and checks
• Ability to research and reconcile independently
• Strong organization and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $35,000–$50,000 + annual bonus
• Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
• 401(k) with company match

If you’re confident in Denticon and ready to contribute to a growing, organized Revenue Cycle team — we’d love to connect.
