The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and driving new sales, developing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, managing sales operations for assigned region, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers. This role requires strong attention to details, proven experience in sales strategy, and a data-driven approach to scaling revenue across the assigned market. Prospective applicants must be self-driven, understand construction methods, be able to work independently, be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, and produce results while meeting deadlines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Participates in sales meetings and other department meetings Meets with contractors and clients, as required, to ensure quality assurance and that program offerings are meeting their needs and expectations Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals. Monitor assigned KPIs and meet sales performance metrics Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels Collaborate with Office Operations and Field Operations to drive customer acquisition and retention Own the assigned market sales pipeline: forecasting, reporting, and optimizing funnel performance Implement CRM best practices and sales enablement tools Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Report directly to senior leadership on sales performance and projections updates Develop and implement improvements when needed to address gaps and shortfalls Completes other duties as assigned QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent communication, and negotiation skills Ability to think strategically and execute operationally Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong sales skills to motivate and direct customers and clients Must be professional and team-oriented Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must possess strength of character, ethics, and commitment to the organization Must be reliable  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred 5+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Experience managing multi-regional sales teams Strong knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and CRM systems Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
