Maggie’s Farm is looking for an experienced bartender who are passionate about their craft, thrives in a busy environment, genuinely enjoy building relationships with regulars and new guests.

Maggie’s Farm is a fun, local hangout designed with mingling in mind. Our welcoming neighborhood atmosphere, modern tavern fare, fresh seasonal ingredients, nightly specials, and lively central bar make us a favorite gathering place for families, friends, and longtime regulars.

We’re looking for bartenders who understand that a great bar experience is about more than making a great drink—it’s about remembering a guest’s name, knowing their usual order, and making everyone feel at home.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare consistently excellent cocktails, beer, and wine
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service
• Build genuine relationships with regulars and welcome new guests
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and professionalism during busy shifts
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Work collaboratively with the bar, service, and culinary teams
• Follow all alcohol-service, cash-handling, sanitation, and safety requirements

• Tipped minimum wage of $6.75 an hour plus tips. ($50 - $60 an hour with tips).

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong cocktail, beer, wine, and spirits knowledge
• A passion for hospitality and the craft of bartending
• An outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with guests
• The ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current alcohol-service certification, or the ability to obtain one
